Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed. Founded in 2001, Twin Oaks is a full-service lawn and landscape maintenance company serving commercial and residential properties in southeast Michigan. Founded in 2005 by Luke Henry, ProScape provides commercial grounds management services to various property types, including HOAs, multi-family properties, warehouses, retail centers, healthcare facilities, schools, and office properties throughout central Ohio.
