BEYOND THE BIOGRAPHY

The person
behind the work.

Family matters

I married my wife, Curry, in 2018 and we have two young daughters that are 18 months apart. We’re lucky enough to frequently be surrounded by our broader families with in-laws nearby and parents and a sister who can be around often.

First job ever

I worked on a maintenance crew on an island in Maine doing everything from mowing lawns, painting houses, and splitting wood to serving on the volunteer fire squad (luckily for everyone there were no fires during my illustrious tenure).

Most likely to spend a spare hour

If with family: trying to keep up with / being endlessly entertained by my daughters. If with friends: being overly enthusiastic about any and all board and card games.

My favorite quote/movie/book/play

Books: At a dinner party I would say A Gentleman in Moscow or A Civil Action but the honest answer is probably A Storm of Swords by George RR Martin Favorite workout routines Something involving a game (tennis, pickup basketball, etc.) Would love to have dinner with this historical figure Benjamin Franklin. Everything I’ve read would lead me to believe that a dinner with him would be the right combination of anecdotes from monumental events, good humor, and an extravagant menu. Bryan W.
